Do you ship to outside of Australia?


I currently do not ship to any other destinations outside of Australia.

Delivering products by truck etc., still has negative impacts on the environment, but I want to reduce the impact of shipping on the environment as much as possible.




What is the returns & exchanges policy?


In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After I receive your item, I will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Do you have gift wrapping?


Yes, we do gift wrapping with no extra charge!




Do you offer PO box delivery?


Unfortunately, I do not offer PO box delivery at the moment.




What are the shipping costs and options?


Shipping costs depend on the price of the items you purchase.

Shipping is free when you purchase over $100.

Currently, I use Sendle to send your items.




What are the delivery times?


It takes 2-3 business days to process your purchase and have your items collected by the deliverer.

Usually, items are delivered within a week after they are collected by the deliverer.

However, this time frame is not guaranteed.
